We created the Asian Mental Health podcast to act as a free resource to those who might not yet feel ready to seek help for their mental health.

By sharing stories about mental health from the Asian diaspora and Asian immigrant perspective, we really hope that we can reach those that aren't being reached by mainstream services.

If you know of anyone who may be interested in the Asian Mental Health podcast, please do forward your favourite episode on to them. You might be surprised at the depth of impact you might bring to someone's journey.

🦉 Interesting things relating to mental health and Asian Australian identity:

📚 Academia: This article explores cross-cultural mental health considerations within the prison system here in Australia. It's interesting to see how social and cultural environments interplay in a context like this!

🤳🏻 Music: For all those who love techno and house music, check out South Korean DJ Peggy Gou's new album!

📚 Books:  What does it mean to be Chinese Australian living on unceded Indigenous land? Monica Tan's Stranger Country explores this through her solo journey in the outback.
